Every year, our staff undergo a CPD course. CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development, and for a dental practice such as DentalShine it is advisable to do a course in medical emergencies and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

During a normal year there is no reason for most of these skills to be applied, so it is important to find a time to practice them and also to take note of any new guidelines, techniques and advice.

It’s not necessarily fun, but the safety of our patients is paramount.

(…and of course, everything can be a little bit fun.)
